TIED equips leaders, DEI practitioners, and HR professionals with sustainable solutions for their DEI efforts, equitable recruitment tactics, employee retention, and leadership development initiatives. We collaborate with organizations around the world, and we’re elevating the conversation around DEI on a global scale.
Our Vision.
TIED aims to expand the leadership roundtable, and unite global organizations with a Colorado presence in collaborative discussions surrounding Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion practices. We plan to continuously provide our roundtable participants with sustainable solutions that will positively impact their markets, shareholder values, customer satisfaction, and (most importantly) their employees.
